Act on Promotion of Female Advancement 2015（applied to small companies in April 2022）
We are very pleased to inform you of that we submitted our “Action Plan and Goals” to the Authority of the Labor
Standards Bureau based on the Act on the Promotion of Female Advancement 2015,which has been applied to small companies in April 2022, as follows;
The Act on the Promotion of Female Advancement (Act on the Promotion of Active Participation in Women’s Professional Life)
was enacted in September 2015 in Japan to create an environment in which women can fully demonstrate their abilities and play
an active role in their work.
In order to promote the creation of a workplace where women can play an active role, we will formulate the following general
business owner action plan based on Article 8 of the Women’s Advancement Promotion Law.
1. Planning period: April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025

(1) Increasing the ratio of female workers in managerial positions
(2) Increase the percentage of female workers in the company
